Beginning Thursday Night March 11th, 2010 come be a part of a new and exciting program at the “American Freestyle Karate Club”
Who should attend: All students with a “Samurai Fighting spirit” who want to improve physically and mentally.
What will you need: Samurai Fighting Spirit, Shorts, Tee shirt, Mouth piece, Groin protector, Bag gloves, Hand wraps, Jump rope, and you should also consider purchasing a good pair of boxing gloves. (We can order all of this through the school)
